Stretch & Strength takes a nice blend of Pilates and Yoga to give you a total body experience. Jodie likes to call them “Maintenance sessions” because without the ability to move correctly and understand your own body.

Jodie says “at the age of 50 I understand the importance of finding movement you really enjoy, a place to train that has great vibes and surrounding yourself with like minded, motivational people”
