Jodie is our most experienced group trainer. June 1st 2018 marks Jodies 30th year instructing. Jodie has lectured and presented with the Fitness Institute of Australia as well as managing Bodyguard, her family gym, for 20 years. Life coaching and rehab work with the local Allied Health Professionals have been the highlight of Jodies Career. Within the highlands Jodie has operated Personal Training studios, children’s fitness programs, outdoor training and had the opportunity to train some really awesome Fitness Professionals in Sydney and at her home!
Jodie has been trained in “old school” methods especially with boxing technique and strength training.
Jodie instructs Box ‘n’ Balls as well as our Strength & Stretch class.
