About Us
Evolution Strength and Fitness is a locally owned 24/7 gym with a massive 600 square metre gym floor space filled with modern high quality equipment including brands such as Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Star Trac and Muscle Motion.
Our staff are on hand during staffed hours to assist you with all your fitness goals and we aim to provide a non-intimidating and inclusive environment for all gym goers no matter at what experience level.
