Classes Calendar

We currently offer the following classes.

Anyone is welcome but due to COVID-19 we need to be strict with numbers and have a max of 20 people. It is imperative to contact us to book via text message on 0423281675 or though our Facebook/Instagram pages.

 

Classes included in your membership

  • MONDAY - 6PM (HIIT session)

    FREE

  • THURSDAY - 6PM (Circuit session)

    FREE

  • SATURDAY - 8AM (Bootcamp)

    FREE

    (This may be inside or outside or a bit of both).

MADDFIT PT Classes

  • 6AM Conditioning Class

    This class will be on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday Morning.

    These classes are $10 for a casual OR contact Maddi for class package details.

  • 6PM Conditioning class

    This class is Tuesday night & Wednesday night.

    These classes are $10 for a casual OR contact Maddi for class package details.

  • 7AM Saturday Bootcamp style class

    These classes are $10 for a casual OR contact Maddi for class package details.

Be Life Fit Classes 

  • Challenge the Trainer - Kylie

    1PM – Tuesday & Thursdays.

    Session run for roughly 30 mins and are $10 per class.

  • Movement & gentle exercise

    Friday – 10AM

    This session targets the older generation and is designed to keep you moving and active for as long possible.

    Cost is $10 per class and runs for approx. 45 minutes.
